Our annual community meeting is coming up on May 19th! We will have a pitch-in breakfast beginning at 9:00 a.m. Biscuit sandwiches, biscuits, & gravy, as well as coffee, juice, & milk will be provided. Any other breakfast items you would like to bring for the pitch-in are welcomed. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. We will be discussing what is going on in our community and voting for 3 new board members at the meeting this year. The annual meeting also marks the day that the pool will be opening for the season. We are excited to tell everyone that the pool renovations are almost completed and we expect to be able to open the pool that day without any issue. Please join us that day so we can all get to know our neighbors better!
Mark your calendars for June 16th! We will have a dumpster coming for our use again this year! It will be outside the clubhouse for us to use on June 16th.
Also that day, we will have David Casper here from the Renfro Fire Department to give us a presentation on some ways to help prevent your home from becoming a casualty in the event of a forest fire. He has lots of good information for us. He will be giving his presentation in the clubhouse at 10:00 a.m. on June 16th. Please consider coming to join us for the presentation.
The plumbing portion of the renovation has been completed.
The next phase to begin will be the tile & resurfacing.
The pool renovations are almost complete! We are expecting to have the pool open ing the day of our annual meeting May 19th!!!!

The clubhouse is available for all lot owners to rent. If you wish to use the club house for parties or reunions we share the space and clean up after ourselves. If you would like to reserve the clubhouse for an event, please call the office & leave a message at 256-268-1141, or send an email. Mindy will get back with you regarding the reservation. You can also find additional information on the clubhouse page of our site.
Board Meetings are held in the office on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. All community members are welcome to attend.
The Association owns approximately 27 lots in Country Club Estates and is now offering them for sale to the public. These lots vary in size and locations.. If you are interested in purchasing one or more of these lots, see the list of property for sale along with pin number in the club house, contact the Association by clicking the "Drop Us A Line" button on the Contact Us portion of the website and your email will be forwarded to the appropriate people.
